By accessing or using the services provided by EZProxies ("we", "us", "our"), including our websites (www.ezproxies.com, panel.ezproxies.com, clients.ezproxies.com) and proxy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

EZProxies provides HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxy services. Our services include:

• Private and shared proxy IP addresses
• IP whitelist and username/password authentication
• A web-based control panel for managing proxy settings, IP whitelists, and sub-users
• Bandwidth usage monitoring and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our proxy services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam and bulk email — Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages of any kind
• Illegal activity — Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Hacking and intrusion — Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data
• Malware distribution — Distributing viruses, trojans, or other malicious software
• Child exploitation — Any content involving the exploitation of minors
• Fraud — Using proxies for identity theft, phishing, or financial fraud
• Copyright infringement — Systematic downloading or distribution of copyrighted material
• Abuse of third-party services — Using proxies to circumvent bans, rate limits, or terms of service of other platforms in a manner that causes harm
• Reselling — Reselling or redistributing our proxy services without written authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately and without notice for any violation of this acceptable use policy. No refund will be provided for terminations due to abuse.

5. Payment and Billing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of order and on each billing cycle renewal
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency
• Services are activated immediately upon successful payment
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided solely at our discretion. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a legitimate service issue that we are unable to resolve, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Failure to use the service
• Incompatibility with a specific website or platform (we recommend testing before committing to a long-term plan)
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any downtime, interruptions, or performance issues caused by:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Network or infrastructure failures beyond our control
• Force majeure events
• Actions by third parties (DDoS attacks, ISP issues, etc.)

8. IP Address Management

• Proxy IP addresses are assigned to your account and are for your use only
• We reserve the right to change or rotate IP addresses with reasonable notice
• Monthly IP refreshes are available upon request at no extra cost
• We are not responsible for any IP addresses being blocked by third-party websites or services

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZProxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZProxies, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your access to proxy services will be revoked immediately
• No refund will be issued for the remaining billing period
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
