What type of proxies are these?
They are HTTP/HTTPS proxies. You can use them with any software or browser that accepts HTTP proxies. We also offer SOCKS5 proxies as a separate product.
Do you offer SOCKS5 proxies?
Yes! We offer SOCKS5 proxies authenticated via username and password. They are available in multiple US and UK locations.
Are these proxies static (do they change)?
Yes, our proxies are static — the IP addresses will not change unless you request that we change them for you. Monthly refreshes are available upon request at no extra cost.
What is a proxy?

How are the proxies authenticated?
By default, proxies are authenticated via your IP address — you whitelist your IP in the control panel and connect. Username/password authentication is also available upon request.
How quickly will my proxies be activated?
Orders are processed instantly. You will receive an activation email with your proxy details and setup information within seconds of payment.
Do you allow mailing with the proxies?
No. We do not allow our proxies to be used for sending spam or bulk unsolicited email. Violations will result in immediate termination.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are provided solely at our discretion. If you experience a legitimate issue with our service, contact support and we will work to resolve it.
Do your proxies work with a specific website?
Compatibility varies by site. We cannot guarantee that our proxies will work with every website or service. Contact our sales team before purchasing if you have a specific use case in mind.
